The hotel was very nice. Was even more than we expected. The most beautiful lobby as we arrived and checked in. The staff was exceptional. The beds were so comfortable. The room was beautiful and very clean. Housekeeping came in and freshened up everyday. Beds made, towels replaced, necessities resupplied. The people who worked housekeeping were very nice as well. Wonderful people. The hotel was situated beautifully with a beautiful pool and beautiful landscaping. It was convenient to EVERYTHING! The rates were very fair and we loved that restaurants were so close, we walked , and a Starbucks was located inside the hotel. Phenomenal place!!

Love the location of this hotel. All the shops and restaurants were walking distance. the only complaint i have is the cleanliness of the restroom. The sink had hair around the area as though someone shaved. The shower wall and floor did not seem clean. Felt dirty. I had to clean the toilet with wipes i brought. I would totally go back though. Valet guy was great.

Very nice hotel! I had a lovely view of the Southlake Square Christmas lights for my New Year’s Eve. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Room service was quick and delicious. They also have a Starbucks in the market. Would definitely stay there again.
